Job Summary
• Provide instructional leadership and support to students and staff in the implementation of leadership development and academic goal-setting practices. • Facilitate and model lessons that develop student communication, public speaking, presentation, and leadership skills. • Support students in preparing for schoolwide presentations, assemblies, leadership events, and other opportunities that promote student voice. • Guide students in setting, monitoring, and reflecting on academic and personal goals through data tracking, leadership notebooks, and progress-monitoring tools. • Collaborate with teachers to integrate leadership and goal-setting practices into classroom instruction, analyze student achievement data, identify areas of need, and support targeted interventions and enrichment opportunities. • Provide coaching, resources, and professional learning to staff to ensure effective implementation of instructional and leadership initiatives that promote student achievement, engagement, and college and career readiness.
