Work Hours are 08:00 am - 04:30 pm - Monday through Friday. The position is year round. and will work out of the District Office. Some travel to school sites maybe required. Under the direction of the Director of Student Support and the Program Coordinator for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP), the Executive Assistant serves as the primary and secretary and administrative support for the department. The position performs highly independent, complex secretarial and clerical duties; detailed administrative tasks; maintains complex records and databases related to students, personnel, finance, and program operations; and coordinates a variety of educational support programs and activities. This is open in house.

A completed EdJoin Application DOJ/FBI Fingerprint Clearance A Current Resume 2 Letters of Reference The employee will have a letter writing exam following the interview.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required. College-level coursework in secretarial studies or a similar field is preferred. Equivalent years of directly related experience may substitute for college coursework. Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible secretarial or administrative assistant experience, preferably in a school district or education setting. Experience support student support services or expanded learning programs is highly desirable.
