The position of Administrative Secretary - Site is done for the purpose/s of providing a variety of office support in an administrative and secretarial capacity for an elementary, middle school high school or Alternative Education site; monitoring student attendance, registration, files, and data; maintaining physical and electronic documents and files; coordinating various school events and activities; monitoring budget for school site; and maintaining of inventory of school supplies, textbooks, and equipment.
Requirements / Qualifications
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus post-secondary coursework in secretarial science or related business profession and four years of experience. Additional experience may substitute for higher education.
