Job Summary
Under the Supervision of the Principal, the Director of Special Education, or a designee, an Instructional Assistant supports the classroom teacher by reinforcing instruction to individuals or small groups of students, assisting in preparing instructional materials, implementing provisions within Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and providing routine clerical support. This position is Monday through Friday, 6 hours per day.
