Position Overview: Education Program Manager - Full or Part Time The Program Manager plays a leadership role in overseeing daily operations for our Monterey County teams and ensuring top quality program delivery. This individual is responsible for ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging program experience for students while supporting and developing a team of instructors in Monterey County locations. The ideal candidate for this position is based in or near the Salinas Valley (Marina to King City) and is available to be in person, on site at schools in the afternoons five days per week. This is a hands-on, on-site role that combines program execution, staff leadership, and relationship management with school partners. The Program Manager ensures that all aspects of the program—from scheduling and staffing to activities and communication—run smoothly and effectively. This role will be on various school sites 4 afternoons per week, with one day per week in our corporate office. Key Responsibilities Site Leadership & Partnerships Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with school leaders, office staff, and site personnel Serve as the primary point of contact for the school site and ensure alignment with site expectations Coordinate and support the organization, planning, and implementation of community showcases, student exhibitions, and family engagement nights that celebrate student learning and participation. Communicate regularly with school partners to ensure seamless program integration Ensure Instructors are on time and delivering high quality programs Program Operations Adapt company programming to meet the specific needs of the assigned site Maintain a safe, clean, and structured environment for students and staff Team Management Hire, train, and supervise program staff in collaboration with the recruiting team Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations Lead staff meetings, trainings, and pro
