OPENING DETAILS: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day Work Hours: TBD Salary Range: AA (Schedule B - Classified Supervisors and Managers) New employees to the district will begin at Step-I BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services and in collaboration with the Director of Facilities, the Director of Bond Projects organizes, directs, and oversees the District’s bond-funded construction, modernization, and facilities planning efforts. The position is responsible for the full lifecycle of capital projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Director serves as a key advisor to District leadership and the Board of Education on facilities planning, bond program implementation, and long-term capital improvement strategies.

WORKING/PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:
In-person, on-site position requiring regular presence at District offices, school sites, and construction locations; exposure to active construction environments, including noise, dust, and moving equipment; occasional evening and weekend work required; ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; ability to inspect construction sites, including climbing ladders and navigating uneven terrain; ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds; ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive between District sites
