Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic TK (Transitional Kindergarten) Lead Teacher to inspire young learners during their crucial early childhood years. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that fosters curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. As a TK Lead Teacher, you will lead lesson planning, implement curriculum strategies, and collaborate with families and team members to support each child's unique developmental journey. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay the groundwork for lifelong learning and success. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate early childhood education principles, including literacy education, math and physical education. • Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to toddler care and preschool experience. • Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. • Assess children’s progress through observations and standardized testing to tailor instruction and support early intervention efforts. • Collaborate with colleagues to design lesson plans that integrate child welfare practices and support childhood development milestones. • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and developmental goals. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment aligned with childcare standards and daycare regulations.
