Under the supervision of the Administrator of Educational Services, the instructor will teach high school students the skills and techniques essential for success in the baking industry. This includes hands-on instruction in baking fundamentals, pastry preparation, kitchen safety, recipe development, and food presentation. The instructor will create industry-aligned curriculum, maintain a safe and organized lab, and prepare students for entry-level careers or further education in culinary arts.
