Job Summary
**This posting is for the 2026-2027 school year.** The classroom teacher, under the supervision of the Principal, plans and implements an instructional program in the area of History in accordance with acceptable principals of learning and human growth and development. This position is located at Lincoln Junior High School in Taft, CA.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • Bachelor’s degree required. • Must possess (or be eligible for) a California credential authorizing to teach History. Experience: • Previous teaching experience or successful student teaching. Fingerprint clearance by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice as well as a physical clearance are conditions of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met.

- Letter of Introduction (Letter of interest)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters from within last three (3) years)
