Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Services with coordinated oversight from site principals, school psychologists, and counselors, the Behavioral Support Instructional Aide offers the instruction and assistance with supervision of individual students and/or several students, with behavioral needs; monitors and reports student progress regarding behavior and performance; and assists students in developing various academic and social skills.
Requirements / Qualifications
Requirements: *Graduation from high school or GED *Must also have at minimum 48 college semester units, or Associate of Arts degree or the equivalent

All positions are Monday-Friday, 180 workdays plus 9 days of sick leave, 9 days of paid vacation and 11 holidays. Working hours will vary depending on the position offered. Positions are 5.75 hours a day and qualify for California Public Employees Retirement (CalPERS). None of these positions include health and welfare benefits.
