Certificated EdJoin application Letter of Introduction Resume Three recent professional letters of reference (dated within past two years) Valid CA Physical Education Credential English Language Learner Authorization Unofficial Transcripts (Undergrad and Graduate)
Successful candidate must pass criminal background check. Must possess valid California drivers license, valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification and TB Risk Assessment or negative TB test required prior to first day of employment.
