Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Business Official (CBO), the Accounts Payable Clerk II performs a variety of accounting and financial support duties to ensure the accurate and timely processing of District accounts payable functions. Responsibilities include processing invoices, purchase orders, payment requests, and related financial transactions; maintaining accurate financial and statistical records; and preparing reports in accordance with District policies and established accounting procedures. This position assists in maintaining the integrity of financial records while providing efficient customer service to District staff, vendors, and other stakeholders. **Please note: Main communication will be via telephone and email. Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years clerical accounting experience.
