Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications: Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level, preferably in football. Knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and training methods. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes. Ability to work well with parents, school staff, and the athletic community. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass background checks and adhere to district policies.
