Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The CNS Satellite Production Coordinator will: Guide assigned personnel in food service operation. Prepare and distribute food service items for consumption by students and school personnel. Maintain inventories of food service items Maintain facilities in sanitary condition. Perform other related work as required. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; one (1) year of prior job-related experience in food preparation, serving, and basic kitchen activities, with increasing levels of responsibilities in school and/or institutional setting; or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: Possession of a valid Food Safety Manager Certificate, issued by a San Diego approved organization.
