Serve as a teacher in a K-8 rural school community with an ADA of 110-125 students. Because of the school size, there are many opportunities to use your talents to create new programs, organize field trips, coach sports, and make a vital impact on our students. Classrooms are combination grades. Applicant ought to be child-focused and view the teaching profession as a vocation to serve the children and the community.

Outside Creek is a rural K-8th school. Teachers teach combination classrooms with an average of 20-32 students. Teachers are expected to be sports coaches and/or PE teachers as well as classroom teachers.
Each classroom is a self-contained multiple subject setting.
Teachers are able to implement their personalized instructional methods.
