Maintenance & Operations Lead at Anaheim Elementary School District (TK-6)

Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school and four years’ experience in two or more trades’ areas; leadership training an experience desirable. • Copy of valid California Driver License required and a current K-4 DMV report (dated within 7 days of job posting). • Knowledge of trade tools, equipment, materials, methods and techniques used in operations, general maintenance and repair. • Knowledge of principles and practices of training and providing work direction. • Knowledge of District organization, operations, policies and objectives. • Knowledge of requirements of maintaining school buildings in a safe, clean an orderly condition. • Ability to perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of District facilities and equipment. • Ability to prioritize, schedule, assign and review work. • Ability to train and provide work direction to others. • Ability to maintain routine records and operate a computer. • Ability to observe needed repair and to make repairs.
