POSITION AVAILABLE: FLAG ADVISOR QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Previous experience in color guard, flag twirling, or a related field is required. Prior experience teaching or coaching high school students is preferred. 2.Strong choreography and instructional skills, with the ability to convey techniques clearly and effectively. 3.Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and Completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education a. College coursework; performing arts, drama or related field one year experience in performing arts. i. Previous experience in marching or a related field is required. Prior experience teaching or coaching high school students is preferred. 4.Obtained an associate’s or higher degree (college level) OR 5.Met (pass) a rigorous standard of quality and can demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge of, and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and mathematics. 6.CPR/FA 7.Hold a valid California driver’s license.
