Day-to-day and long-term substitute assignments available for General Education and Special Education in TK-8th grades, MOT, and Nutrition.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • High school diploma (or GED) • Paraprofessional certificate or copy of transcript showing degree or 48 semester units at a college/university. (If not yet obtained, applicants will be required to take exam(s) at the district office to qualify for aide positions within the District.) *On application, please include which position(s) you are interested in subbing for. Positions available include: • Crossing Guard • Playground / Cafeteria Supervisor • Food Service • After School/ELOP Activity Leader • Instructional Aide • Instructional Aide (Special Education) • Transportation Aide • Bilingual Instructional Aide • Library Clerk • School Office Clerk • Behavior Aide • Health Care Specialist • Health Clerk • Custodian Fingerprint clearance by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice as well as a physical clearance are conditions of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met.
In addition to submitting the classified application, qualified candidates should upload:
- Proof of HS Graduation
- Resume
