Duties
- Assists other school personnel in the supervision of the students during the lunch period.
- Becomes knowledgeable of school and safety rules and consistently enforces them with the students.
- Assists students in the development of appropriate social behaviors.
- Performs a variety of behavior management and behavior shaping functions.
- Establishes and maintains a respect and rapport with students.
- May perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working with children
- Oral fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
