Job Summary

Job Summary

The position reports to the Superintendent and the Business Manager and involves three main areas: Accounting & Banking: Handling deposits, opening mail, uploading invoices to CSMC, approving timesheets, managing cash receipts, assisting with billing and purchase orders (POs), and managing the Foundation account using QuickBooks. Registrar Duties: Managing student enrollment, updating the student information system (Infinite Campus), handling SEIS registration, overseeing student intake, and maintaining Walnut cumulative files. Office Support: Serving as backup for the Walnut office, assisting administration with projects, processing health benefits for new enrollees, filing, and performing other duties as required.
