Job Summary
The Dean of Students serves as a member of the school's administrative leadership team and is responsible for fostering a safe, respectful, inclusive, and academically focused learning environment where all students can thrive. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Dean provides leadership in student discipline, school climate, attendance improvement, campus supervision, emergency preparedness, student safety, restorative practices, and behavioral intervention.
Requirements / Qualifications
- California Administrative Services Credential or eligibility to obtain one. - Minimum of three (3) years of successful administrative or educational leadership experience
- Experience working with secondary students. - Demonstrated experience in student discipline, behavior intervention, and school climate initiatives.
