Job Summary
The Human Resources Specialist performs advanced-level professional duties in support of SIATech’s personnel operations. This position focuses on employee relations, regulatory compliance, and HR data management. The HR Specialist plays a critical role in driving positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in human resources, business, management, or educational related field preferred Five (5) years of human resources experience preferred Human Resources Certification (e.g. SHRM-CP®, SHRM-SCP®, pHCLE®, HRCI®, PHR®, etc.) preferred Please upload a cover letter and resume along with your completed application.

Work Year: July 1st - June 30th; 215 days/year
Annual Salary: $55,849.88 - $78,914.42
$32.47 - $45.88 per hour
Master's Stipend $2,000; Doctorate Stipend $2,000
Placement on the Classified Salary Schedule will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications.
Anticipated salary placement to be between steps 1-3.
Benefits: Member of California Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS). SIATech contributes 26.81% of salary to PERS annually (2025-2026)
Comprehensive health benefits including 4 medical plans, dental & vision
Employer paid life insurance
96 hours of paid sick leave
