New Opportunities Organization is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our educational mission! As a Site Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting teachers, students, and school leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and foster an engaging learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team within a fast-paced and evolving program. In addition to coordinating daily site activities, Site Coordinators are responsible for requesting and evaluating student transcripts to support academic placement and progress. They also order and pick up supplies as needed, which requires reliable transportation and the use of a personal vehicle. Ideal candidates will: -Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other common digital tools -Have strong communication and organizational skills -Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs -Show enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth -Be proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively If you are team-oriented and passionate about making a positive impact in education, we encourage you to apply!
Requirements / Qualifications
- Letter of Introduction/Cover Letter; - Resume; - Two (2) years of responsible and varied clerical or educational support experience; - at least two (2) years of post-high school studies at an institute of higher learning (college) desirable; -experience working with adolescent-age or adult students preferred (not required); -experience working with reentry / incarcerated or justice involved population preferred (not required).
