Under general supervision participates in the quantity preparation and serving of foods in a central kitchen or snack bar; coordinates the operation of a snack bar; assists in the maintaining, cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas; performs other related work as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Desirable: Additional education at a trade school or courses sponsored by the school lunch program. Experience • One year experience in large quantity food preparation and serving and kitchen maintenance is required. Licenses/Certificates • Passage of the District Nutrition Services Test is required.
