Requirements / Qualifications

Job Descriptions for the two positions can be found on the Fountain Valley School District website, which includes experience and educational requirements. Candidates that have already passed the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) test will not need to take the test again but must contact Lisa at ocainl@fvsd.us to verify scores before the test.

IA Mild/Moderate hours are 28.75 per week and $22.31 - $27.13 per hour (Range 25, 5 steps). Per the CSEA contract hiring may be made up to step 3. IA Moderate/Severe hours are 28.75 per week and $23.49 - $28.55 per hour (Range 30, 5 steps). Per the CSEA contract hiring may be made up to step 3. Applicants who need reasonable accommodation for interviewing or testing must notify the Personnel Department at (714) 843-3228 prior to the testing date.
