* * * THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CANDIDATES * * * * * * THIS IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR * * * Description of Position: The ELO-P Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) will support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of Lynwood’s Level Up Expanded Learning Opportunities Programs. Under the direction of the Director of Educational Services and the ELOP Coordinator, this position is essential to provide critical support in implementing the district’s vision for high-quality expanded learning programs. This role focuses on program coordination, data monitoring, and communication with district and school site personnel, families, and community partners. Required Qualifications: • Valid California Teaching Credential • Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience • Demonstrated experience working with expanded learning programs, after-school programs, or student support services • Knowledge of Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) requirements, or similar state/federally funded programs • Experience with student data systems, including tracking attendance and enrollment • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform program improvement • Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations to district and school site personnel, families, and community partners • Experience collaborating with administrators, staff, and external partners • Strong organizational and project management skills
