DESCRIPTION OF POSITON The Associate Superintendent of Educational Services oversees all aspects of the K-12 curriculum, instructional, and assessment programs, technology and other educational services. The Associate Superintendent of Educational Services provides educational leadership and sound management for the implementation of services and instruction to meet students’ unique needs.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience MA Degree California credential to serve in elementary or secondary school Valid CA Administrative Services Credential At least five years of successful administrative experience, including site administrative experience
Desirable Qualifications: • Has knowledge of instructional material and methodology that best meets the needs of varied student academic levels • Has knowledge of current research, literature and programs that impact varied student academic levels

Salary/Pay Range:
Salary: $155,533 - $204,670 annually (220 Work Days) Per Certificated Management Salary Schedule
Additional Salary Information:
In addition to salary, the district makes an annual contribution of $18,264.60 (emp only medical, dental, and vision) - $48,862.92 (emp + family medical, dental, and vision) for a combined salary range of $173,797.60 - $253,532
