Job Summary
Under general direction, perform a variety of routine office support activities, including typing, filing and record keeping, in support of an assigned site office operation. Receive supervision from the Site Administrator and/or designee, within a broad framework of standard policies and procedures. Perform office functions in the processing and maintenance of assigned record. Requires accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS - Must have a High School diploma or equivalent degree, with training in typing, filing, and office machines; some experience in related clerical work. Will need to pass a District Clerical Proficiency Exam (To be scheduled after applying if chosen to move forward in the recruitment process).
