Job Summary
Responsible for oversight of the Education Services Department under the direction and guidance of the Executive Director. Ensure that school policies are consistent with the goals of the school, including maintaining parent choice and flexibility. Responsible for overseeing the training and mentoring of the ES Advisors and Education Specialists in all aspects of their duties. Works closely with the department heads of the Academic Department, Accountability, Guidance, Re-Engagement/504 team and Student Records Department to ensure Education Specialists are properly trained on policies. Provide leadership and coaching to the Education Services team. Assist the Executive and Deputy Director with issues that arise and immediately report issues or concerns to the Deputy or Executive Director. Is able to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, good judgment, and be respectful to others.

$1,000 Master's Degree stipend, $2,000 Doctorate stipend, and health benefits available. Full-time benefit allotment of $1,500/month for medical, vision, and dental. CalSTRS retirement.
