Job Summary

Job Summary

To cover for aide on medical leave. May change to permanent status if a permanent position opens. If a permanent position is offered, there is a $1000 sign on bonus. The instructional assistant’s primary responsibility is to assist students in becoming academically proficient in the California Standards and assists teachers in classroom activities. The instructional aide tutors, supervises, and works with individual or groups of students to provide safety, or help implement the curriculum under the direction of teacher(s) or principal. Assists with student behavior, and may work one on one with a student. Performs related duties as assigned. Instructional Aide Hiring Incentive: Employee is eligible for a sign-on bonus, for Year for year experience in-school credit for placement on salary schedule.
