The K-4 Personalized Learning Intervention Specialist supports Temecula International Academy's commitment to personalized learning by providing targeted intervention and enrichment to students based on their individual academic needs. Working under the direction of classroom teachers and school leadership, this position delivers small-group instruction, reinforces essential literacy and mathematics skills, extends learning opportunities for advanced students, and helps ensure every student continues to grow at an appropriate pace. The Specialist collaborates closely with teachers to implement data-informed instructional plans and contributes to a school-wide culture of personalized learning. TIA is a TK-8th grade charter school in the Temecula Valley that focuses on developing the whole child through world language, small class sizes, social emotional learning, and rigorous academics that prepare students for their next steps in education. We are seeking an individual that will continue to grow with our team of exemplary educators, who are passionate about the school and families, and will continue to cultivate a positive culture for our community.
Requirements / Qualifications
