Temecula International Academy is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and student-centered Special Education Instructional Aide to support students with disabilities in accessing a high-quality educational experience. Under the direction of the classroom teacher and Special Education Coordinator, the Instructional Aide provides academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support while helping implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and committed to fostering student growth, independence, and inclusion within the general education environment whenever appropriate. TIA is a TK-8th grade charter school in the Temecula Valley that focuses on developing the whole child through world language, small class sizes, social emotional learning, and rigorous academics that prepare students for their next steps in education. We are seeking an individual that will continue to grow with our team of exemplary educators, who are passionate about the school and families, and will continue to cultivate a positive culture for our community.
