Job Summary
San Luis Coastal Unified School District is seeking an Elementary English Learner (EL) Specialist Teacher to support multilingual learners in developing academic language and achieving grade-level standards. The EL Specialist will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, site staff, and families to provide targeted instruction, monitor student progress, and support effective instructional practices for English Learners. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about equity, language development, and helping students thrive in a supportive learning environment. The position requires a Multiple Subject credential with an EL authorization. BCLAD is not required.
