Seeking an enthusiastic hourly Adult Education, Career Technical Education (CTE) Teacher to work part time, 8-10 hours/week. SITE: Liberty Adult Education Center Courses may include: Customer Relations, Business Math, Business English, Medical Terminology, and related Medical Front Office, Medical Law & Ethics, Electronic Health Records, Medical Coding & Billing.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid CTE or Adult Education teaching credential. • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Recent industry experience in business, customer service, or medical office environments. • Strong knowledge of subject areas such as customer relations, basic business mathematics, professional writing, medical terminology, and administrative healthcare procedures. • Proficiency with instructional technology, digital learning tools, and classroom management strategies. • Ability to design engaging lessons for adult learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels. • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience teaching adult learners or workforce development programs. • Certification in medical billing/coding. • Bilingual skills.
