Job Summary
SEERI SUPER Institute is a non-profit after-school and summer program dedicated to supporting K-8 students within the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District. We are seeking passionate, certificated teachers to lead after-school and summer instructional activities. In this role, you will deliver targeted learning experiences in English, Math, Science, and Foreign Languages, including English Language Learner (ELL) support. Selected educators will work under the supervision of an administrator to provide high-quality instruction, guide individual student progress, and assist with essential classroom management and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Instructional Leadership: Deliver dynamic lessons in English, Math, and/or Foreign Languages (including ELL support) tailored for K-8 students. Targeted Learning: Conduct intensified, small-group or individualized learning experiences to meet diverse student needs. Classroom Support: Assist with a variety of instructional, clerical, and supportive tasks to ensure a smooth, organized learning environment.

Experience:
One year of paid or volunteer experience within an educational or child care setting
Education:
All paraprofessionals who provide instructional assistance in a classroom should possess a high-school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent AND ONE of the following:
• A minimum of 48 semester or 72 quarter units of college coursework.
• An Associate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
• Pass an assessment that demonstrates knowledge of and the ability to assist in teaching, reading, writing and mathematics.
Physical Requirement:
Successfully complete a physical examination. Absence of back problems or any other physical impairments that might preclude the performance of physical labor or lifting.
Please make sure that you are listing ALL schools or school districts where you have previously held a Certificated Substitute, Certificated Teaching, or Certificated position within the application.
