The Director of Strategy & Academic Operations drives alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the district in partnership with the Chief Academic Officer (CAO). This role leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support instructional goals, oversee day-to-day academic operations, and ensure streamlined systems that empower schools to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Reporting to the CAO, the Director plays a pivotal role in connecting strategic planning, academic operations, community engagement, and communications into one cohesive effort to advance the Ravenswood Promise. The Director leads a team that manages academic operations, partner outreach, and internal/external communications, ensuring families, staff, and community members are informed, engaged, and aligned around shared goals.
