Riviera Hall Lutheran School, a thriving K-8 Christian Private School, is seeking a mission driven and visionary Principal to lead it’s next chapter of growth and excellence. In it’s 74-year history, Riviera Hall has nurtured students in mind, body and spirit, developing bold, compassionate leaders who walk with Jesus Christ and serve the world. The school is WASC-accredited, and serves as a vital ministry of the broader Resurrection Lutheran Church. The Principal serves as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of the school, embodying and promoting the One Resurrection Vision that unites church, school and pre-school. This is a highly relational role requiring excellent communication, team building, and strategic leadership skills. The Principal collaborates closely with the Pastor, Church Council, School Board, faculty, staff, students, parents and community partners to ensure the school runs with daily excellence, maintains the highest educational standards, and fosters a Christ centered, family focused environment.

Required • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field. • Valid Administrative Services Credential.

Preferred • Master's Degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Administration, Education, or related field. • Previous experience as a School Principal or Administrator. • Experience with accreditation processes, including WASC accreditation and renewal. • Experience in enrollment management, fundraising, and community engagement. • Experience leading organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
