Seeking a teacher for the K-1 multiage classroom. With a max of 20 students and a full-time assistant teacher, our teachers can personalize instruction to the individual, making learning not only meaningful, but fun. Our ideal candidate will: • Love God and have a personal relationship with Jesus • Love kids and desire to provide a fun, healthy learning environment • Be good at their craft • Want to join the OCA family for the long-term Of course, the broader experience the candidate has, the better, but far, far more important is an open heart with an eagerness to learn and to grow. If you love Jesus and little kids, Oakdale Christian has a spot for you. With a maximum of 20 students and a full time assistant teacher, OCA creates opportunities for teachers to do exceptional things without the distractions that often make teaching hard. Learning should be fun and inspiring, and a reflection of the the teacher's passions and interests. The multi-age environment facilitates a flexibility that helps teachers meet kids where they are, leading them to unexpected success! Joy! Eagerness! Risk-taking! Confident! Learning is its own reward and its a blessing to see students excited to learn, love school and worship the Lord.
