Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: The candidate must meet the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Performing Arts, Educational Leadership, or a related field required. * Master’s degree preferred. * Clear Multiple Subject Credential or Clear Single Subject Music or Performing Arts Credential. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in music/performing arts education, with a background in professional development, instructional coaching, or curriculum development. * Strong knowledge of K-12 arts and music education standards, curriculum, and instructional strategies. * Prior experience in a K-12 school or district-level role. Experience with Springs Charter School or other charter schools preferred.
