The Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P) & After School Programs Coordinator II supports the Director of ELO-P in staff training, planning and implementation of enrichment and academic systems, student culture support, and oversight of the school’s ELO-P intersession, summer enrichment and after-school programs. The coordinator II assists in ensuring these programs align with compliance guidelines, school’s educational goals, all while providing a safe and supportive environment that meets the diverse needs of all participating students.

Valid California driver's license or ability to use alternative means of transportation to meet requirements that require travel away from campus. Alternative means of transportation shall be reasonably comparable in time or travel costs to driving. Alternatives include ridehailing services, taxis, carpooling, bicycling, or walking TB clearance verification California Department of Justice background check Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (child development, education, public administration or related field) Previous experience in program management, youth development, or education, ideally in an after-school or expanded learning setting. Two years of After School Program Experience Experience with budgeting, data program monitoring and staff supervision. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
