Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates that don't hold 48 units or obtain an AA degree or higher must pass a formal District academic assessment test that meets the No Child Left Behind Act. Candidates will have to take a math screening test. GUSD is looking for Instructional Aides assigned to the following sites and assignments: GES: Kindergarten Aide – 3.50 hours per day, 181 work days RES: TK Aide – 6.00 hours per day, 181 work days; 2 Special Education Aides – 5.25 hours per day, 181 work days GMS: Special Education Aides – 5.25 hours per day, 181 work days GHS: 2 Special Education Aides – 5.25 hours per day, 181 work days
- Driver's License Copy (or DMV printout)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 letters dated within the last 12 months)
- Proof of HS Graduation
- Resume
