Job Summary - Head of School The Head of School serves as the chief executive officer of Sahag-Mesrob Armenian Christian School and reports directly to the Executive Board. In partnership with the Board, the Head of School is responsible for advancing the mission, vision, and long-term success of the institution. The Head of School provides strategic leadership and organizational oversight to ensure the school's continued growth, financial sustainability, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Principal, Preschool Director, and Operations Manager, the Head of School focuses on institutional advancement, enrollment growth, community engagement, governance, and long-range planning. Particularly during this season of rebuilding following the Eaton Fire, the Head of School will help lead the restoration and strengthening of the institution while ensuring that the educational program remains strong and mission-centered. This structure allows the school to maintain stability during times of transition while preserving the long-term distinction between institutional leadership and academic leadership.
