Hemet Unified School District is one of the largest geographic areas of any district in California. Provide ongoing leadership and innovation so that each student receives the maximum educational benefit as a participant within a team concept in the realm of interscholastic athletics. Ability to organize and provide leadership to all levels of the program.

Direct and manage phases of the Football program, including in-season, off- season, summer, budgeting, inventory, and public relations
Maintain and model positive public relations with media, officials, athletes, parents, support groups, and school staff and promote the policies of West Valley High School Athletics
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of HUSD and CIF rules and regulations and their appropriate and ethical application
Maintain documentation to fulfill CIF/District requirements for athletes and provide proper safeguards for maintenance/purchase of all safety equipment and related facilities
Be a positive role model to motivate and inspire student athletes, and be willing to accept challenges and successfully meet those challenges
Place high emphasis on loyalty, honesty, ethics, integrity, and sportsmanship
Place highest priority on student academic success and social development, in addition to athletic development, in full support of the school’s instructional program and overall
