Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assist in providing instruction to individual students or small groups of students in a classroom or other learning environment; assist students in improving their reading, writing, vocabulary, math and other subject areas; monitor and report student progress regarding behavior and performance; and tutor students in assigned subject matters.

Title I paraprofessionals whose duties include instructional support must have: - High school diploma or the equivalent, and - Two years of college (48 units), or - A. A. degree (or higher), or - Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction.

Selected candidate will be required to complete drug screening and criminal background screening (processing fees paid by Guajome / rolling fee of approximately $25 paid by candidate).
TB clearance within past 4 years is required.
