Primary Function: Under the supervision of the Director, Transportation, or designee, the Transportation Coordinator manages, coordinates, and analyzes all aspects of the District transportation program; develops, evaluates, and revises bus runs, routes, and schedules to maximize operating efficiency; coordinates the maintenance and repair of all school buses and all other vehicles. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree or two years of college (60 semester hours coursework), in logistics, business or a related field, or five years experience operating computerized transportation routing software systems, and three years of experience utilizing spreadsheets and word processing applications.
