The school is rooted in academic excellence and a strong commitment to community, service, and student development. San Domenico offers a comprehensive athletics program that emphasizes competitive integrity, sportsmanship, and balance between academics and athletics. About the Role The Womens JV Soccer Coach at San Domenico School is responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive environment for student-athletes. The Soccer Coach leads and supervises all aspects of this interscholastic season. Practices are held after school on weekdays, with matches also scheduled primarily after school, and occasional weekend commitments depending on league and postseason play. The Soccer Coach plans and runs daily practices, coaches all scheduled matches, and supports student-athletes in balancing athletic commitments with their academic responsibilities. This position plays a vital role within the Athletics Department and reports to the Director of Athletics. The coach works closely with student-athletes, parents, and fellow coaching staff to support a strong team culture, clear communication, and a positive student experience within a school-based athletic program.
