Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch break. 245 work days plus 15 paid holidays.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid CA Driver's License AA Degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or related field or Four (4) years of increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience, preferably including processing financial documents and maintaining financial or accounting records. Accounting and budget experience in a school district is preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Possession of or ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate within the first six (6) months of employment.
