Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
  2. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and respect.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor each child's progress, utilizing standardized testing and assessment tools to tailor instruction accordingly.
  4. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring adherence to child welfare standards and daycare regulations.
  5. Lead activities that develop motor skills, literacy, numeracy (including math), and physical education to foster well-rounded growth in preschoolers.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience working with children in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly valued.
  2. Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques.
  3. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education.
  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and students' families.
  5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and developmental needs of young children.
  6. Certification or coursework in early childhood education or Montessori methods is preferred; bilingual abilities are a bonus.
