Called on an as needed basis when the regular teacher is out for the day or half a day.

Requirements / Qualifications

Applicants must be current active BPUSD employees (employed for a minimum of one year), BPUSD student teachers, or BPUSD retirees, and must have either a valid 30-Day Emergency Substitute Teaching Permit or a teaching credential posted with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC).

Open until a sufficient applicant pool has been established. This recruitment may close without notice once a sufficient number of qualified applications has been received.
