Required Qualifications: -A high school diploma or equivalent -Demonstrate ability to interact positively with students, staff, and parents Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of: -Appliance and utensil used in the preparation of food -Use of Standardized Recipes -Methods and practices of cleanliness and good personal hygiene -Appropriate sanitation requirements and procedures for use in a food service establishment Ability to: -Carry out assigned tasks quickly and efficiently Essential Functions: -Personally prepares and serves all types of food and beverages -Cleans all areas in the kitchen -Puts away and stocks inventory -Assists in cleaning dining room after meals -Operates dishwasher -May sell meal tickets -May assist with student supervision -May operate Point-of-Sell Terminal -May be required to transport food -Performs any other related duties as assigned
